For a puppy to qualify for a replacement, it must exhibit the congenital defect during the warranty period, and the buyer must notify the seller of the problem within 3 business days by providing a licensed veterinarian’s determination and two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem. If the puppy has a defect, it must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller.
However, our guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in the bulldog breeds, including Cherry Eye, Entropion, “Loose” Hips, Skin Allergies, Elongated Soft Palate, Non-Descending Testicles, and Collapsed Nostrils. Any kind of parasites, bacteria, or viruses and sicknesses caused by them will not be covered under this warranty. There are also certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as Allergies, Dysfunction, Demodectic Mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Additionally, any type of breathing issues common to the breed, including Hypoplastic Trachea, are not covered.
